2025 Xavier Catholic College Fees & Levies

Xavier Catholic College's tuition fees and levies are billed annually in Term 1; elective fees are billed annually in Term 2. 

Payment Schedules

Parents are required to nominate a payment frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, annually). Families who do not nominate a frequency will default to quarterly payments.

Payments for events and excursions will continue to be managed through Compass.

Fee Obligation

All families are expected to pay school fees. Continuation of existing enrolment is subject to review by the Principal. Such a review will take into consideration a family’s fee-paying history, cooperation, and communication with the Principal.

We recognise the financial pressures that families may face and strive to offer flexible payment options to accommodate different circumstances.
